Race date: Saturday, July 12th, 2025
Race start time: 7:30am
Packet pickup is only on race morning, Saturday, July 12th. It will begin at 6am and end at 7am. Packet Pickup will be right in the parking area. Packets will include your race bib with the timing chip. These bibs/timing devices must be worn during the race if you want to have an official race time.
Packets will be a drawstring bag with a t-shirt, the race bib, and some sample packets from our sponsors and organizers.
At 6:45am there will be a quick word from Luke Lapsley (one of the co-creators), and he will go over race instructions and details. This will be next to the packet pickup tent.
The race will begin at 7:30am (relay and full distance begin together). The parking area is approximately 1 mile from the start line. You will have the option to walk or get a ride to the start line. Please make sure to arrive with enough time to collect your packet and be at the start line BEFORE 7:30am. If you would like to ride our semi shuttle to the start line, you must be checked in by 6:45am and ready to leave the parking area at 7:00am sharp.
Relay teams may consist of 2, 3, or 4 person teams. Relay runners will have a bib chip belt that will be exchanged at specified locations along the course. Exchange stations will be approximately every 3.27 miles. Relay teams of fewer than 4 people may choose which stations to use/skip. The race coordinators will provide a ride for all relay team members to their exchange stations. However, to accommodate this, it is VERY important that relay teams are fully checked in by 6:45am! We cannot guarantee that late arrivals will make it to their exchange stations on time.
Races will be gun start with bib chip timing for the finish. There will be a digital clock at the finish, and race results will be posted online. Special awards for first place male, first place female, and first place youth will be awarded at the finish of the half marathon. The first place relay team will also receive a special award. Final race results will be posted on this website after completion of the races. If you win a 1st place award, please make sure to get your picture taken by our photographer before leaving.
There will be 6 water stations along the course. Water stations will be located approximately at the following miles: 2.25, 4.35, 6.55, 7.5, 9.8, and 12. Portable restrooms will be available approximately at the 2.25, 6.55, and 10.5 mile marks.
Post-race there will be a finisher’s celebration including a finisher’s photo backdrop, vendor booths, and celebratory snacks and drinks. Spectators are welcome at the race finish for the celebration, though we do ask spectators to please keep clear of the race course and finish lanes to provide the runners space to race!
